I was appalled by the level of cleanliness here. My friend discovered ants and cockroaches in her room, and when reported, the staff failed to address our concerns adequately. After a night in the lobby due to a pest issue, we were promised a refund that never materialized. This hotel is not worth your money.

I enjoyed a truly comfortable stay in the Superior Queen Room, which was clean and provided amazing views of the city. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable, particularly Ms. Kwang Jie Ning, who made check-in smooth and effortless.

The Seacare Hotel offered an exceptional stay. The room was pristine, with daily linen changes, and the staff was attentive, quickly responding to my needs. The rooftop bar's stunning views of the skyline were a lovely bonus after a day of exploring.

Couple great stay, with a few bumps
The staff was incredibly helpful, I asked for an iron and they delivered it right away, and also got extra pillows without hesitation. The room was nice, clean, and had a decent view, which made it feel a bit more luxurious than what we paid for.
It wasn’t exactly a budget place, but you get what you pay for I guess.
